Tran Hennessy is an international professional baseball player, Collegiate coach, and is completing his Masters in Human performance and fitness.
professional baseball experience includes playing and coaching in 11 countries (invited to japan winter league)
A 4-year starter at NCAA DIII Lehman College (2022 MVP and 3 time all star).
Coach Tran has been training youth to College athletes for a decade.
Coach Tran also spent time being an umpire to further his knowledge of all aspects of the game.
As a Fitness trainer, Coach Tran has spend years growing as much knowledge in order to help clients.
